Project Description:  This project began with the scope of a core & shell design however, as the project parameters evolved, and invested parties changed, the scope expanded to include interior fit-out work. This project exemplifies the capacity for design flexibility of the project team. Careful coordination was needed between the many groups involved, in order to meet programmatic requirements, define patient/staff circulation zones, and fulfill local zoning requirements. This project will expand the capabilities and client base for a growing medical practice.
