Project Description:  Pearl Place II, is a 54-unit family apartment building that continues the redevelopment of Portland's Bayside neighborhood.

The project, which finished construction in January 2013, has been awarded Platinum-level certification in the USGBC LEED for Homes-Mid rise program. Solar hot water panels on the roof is just one example of the building's many sustainable features. Other attractive highlights of the building include multiple unique unit configurations, ground level parking, shared common space, and ample day lighting in living spaces.
